Here’s how it all works:
1. Let’s Connect
We start with a relaxed conversation and can connect however suits you best: whether by email, phone, video call, or in person (at your home or in a cafe) if you’re local. It’s all about getting a feel for what you’re after – destination, budget, travel style, and anything special you’d like to include. Whether you have a full itinerary in mind or no idea where to begin, we’re here to help shape the perfect plan.
2. Your Personalised Itinerary
Once we’ve got a good understanding of your travel style and needs, we’ll get to work on creating a tailor-made itinerary. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with thoughtfully chosen flights, accommodation, experiences, and any extras we think you’ll love. We’ll work together to tweak things until it feels just right.
3. Time to Book
Happy with the plan? We’ll prepare an invoice, and once payment is received, take care of all the bookings – flights, hotels, tours, cruises, transfers, activities, insurance – the lot.
We’ll also make sure you’re fully informed about entry requirements, visas, and any other need-to-know details, and confirm preferences like seating, special meals, Airpoints, and any other requests to make sure everything is just how you like it.
4. Travel Documents & Pre Departure Support
Around 4–6 weeks before you leave, we’ll send through your travel documents along with a reminder of any entry or visa requirements and other important details specific to your trip.
We recommend downloading our easy-to-use app <ADD LINKS TO APP STORES HERE?> where all of your travel arrangements will be loaded. You can also add any plans you’ve organised yourself, so everything is in one tidy place and ready when you need it.
You’ll hear from us in the lead-up to your trip with check-ins to make sure everything’s on track. And of course, if you have any questions at all, just sing out – we’re always happy to help.
5. Support While You’re Away
If something unexpected crops up while you’re travelling, we’re only a call or message away. You’ll have peace of mind knowing someone’s got your back if you need support.
6. Welcome Home
We love hearing about our clients’ holidays. Once you’re home, you’ll hear from us so we can catch up on the highlights, surprises, and memorable moments. We welcome honest feedback as it helps us grow and continue creating incredible travel experiences for our clients.
